Our paradise in Paraty

It all started with a passion: the sea, the Atlantic Forest, and the desire to protect one of the most beautiful and untouched places in Brazil.

A 100% sustainable home in the heart of the Cairuçu Reserve

For years, the Peter family sailed the coast between Ilhabela and Angra dos Reis aboard the sailboat Aquarius, until they found, in Paraty Mirim, the perfect setting for a dream.

Passionate about biodiversity and concerned about preserving the region, Jean and Renate Peter decided to acquire a plot of land not to transform it, but to care for it. Thus, in the 1990s, a 100% sustainable home was born, fully integrated with nature, in the heart of the Cairuçu Reserve.

The project breathed new life into the forest: native species were replanted, birds returned, and, little by little, wildlife spread again. Today, more than 300 bird species share this space with capybaras, monkeys, turtles, dolphins, and starfish that grace our protected beach.

For more than two decades, this retreat was the family's exclusive property. But the energy of this place is too great to be contained. We decided to share it with those seeking more than just a trip:

a true connection with nature, a spiritual retreat where luxury is measured in peace, silence and rare beauty.

For us, luxury is being 100% connected to nature.

We created a comfortable and sustainable environment, where every detail was designed to provide unique experiences without compromising care for the planet.

Our water comes from a natural spring: the same purity that quenches our thirst also bathes our body, providing an incomparable sensation of freshness and vitality.

This is true luxury – feeling nature flowing within and without us.
